“I really enjoyed my recent stay at Quest-Maribyrnong. The serviced apartment was very clean and had everything I needed including a fully equipped kitchen and an in room washer and dryer. The king size bed was very comfortable and with the blackout drapes, quietness of the apartment I was able to sleep exceptionally well. The location was brilliant, just a short walk to the Highpoint Shopping Centre! I would highly recommend this property and look forward to returning.”

“The stay was horrible spider webs everywhere. The dishwasher was not working the wifi was not working . Nothing was right about the stay other than the view. Would not suggest to anyone for more than a couple of hours”

“Staff were helpful, but their open hours were limited. Power outlets did not work except for only one. Sink was clogged on the first day. Blanket under one of the two beds was stained and hidden under. The opening of electric water boiler/kettle was broken and unable to open; used the small opening to pour in water to still utilize. Used “do not disturb” sign for all days there as we preferred for our room to not be entered by house keeping for personal reasons; on of those days, I found out...

“The bedsheets are terribly smelly and we didn’t feel any cleanliness in the bedroom. The mattresses in both rooms are bouncy and totally uncomfortable. My son found a strand of another persons hair on the pillow suggesting that the bedsheets weren’t recently cleaned. The aircon released smelly odours like urine. We requested to have maintenance on the second day in the morning, however after multiple backward and forwards emails we did not come to a resolution. As time passed, our period of stay...

“Great location for proximity to the city only 15 mins to Southern Cross. lovely and quiet and had everything we needed.”

“Had a good stay, Shower was good with nice hot water. Kitchen facilities were good. We had everything we needed for our stay. Basic toiletries/plenty of toilet paper/towels/etc were all provided. Area was pretty quiet and had convenient parking barely a metre from the back door. Check in was also easy and convenient.”
